Are you a java programmer, a documentation writer, a tester, or a graphic artist and want to help the PatessengerIM project? If so, we welcome anyone interested to email the poject admin, Javier, and tell us how you can help our project. We always are in search of help.

What would I have to do after joining?
Don't worry if you are a busy person, as a team we understand that everyone has other occupations and personal matters that may make the person fall behind in the project. We are very open and try not to have deadlines to restrict our developers to rush something together. So if you are afraid of having lots of work to do in short amounts of time, we can happily say, work at your own pace.

What software do I need to get on the team?
Well, for the programming, all you need is the java SDK downloadable free at sun microsystem's web site. For documentation writers, well, you will need the program and a word processor. For graphic design, currently we are using Macromedia™ Fireworks MX™, but if you don't have to open the current files, you can just use whatever you currently have. Also we can export current graphics to Adobe™ Illustrator™ format.
